Richard Snow is a community advocate, banking, and finance professional with 17 years of experience in the fields of Business Management and Business Development, SBA, and Commercial financing. Richard received an MBA in Business Management from Eastern University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from the Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a minor in economics.

Richard is currently a Vice President, National Franchise Relationship Manager at Bremer Bank. Mr. Snow played a crucial role in guiding entrepreneurs in the US and Canadian franchise industry through the complex process of small business lending, successfully funding over $200 million in SBA loans in 2018-2019.
Snow is currently a Board Member for the International Franchise Association Diversity Institute, Board Member of the IFA Foundation and Chair of IFA Black Franchise Leadership Council .
